1. Overview

At Hype4You, we want you to be completely satisfied with your subscription. If you are not happy with our Pro plan, we offer a straightforward refund process as outlined below.

2. Eligibility for Refunds

  • Refund requests must be made within 7 days of your initial Pro subscription purchase
  • Only the first subscription payment is eligible for a refund
  • Subsequent monthly billing cycles are non-refundable
  • Free plan users are not eligible for refunds as no payment is involved

3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

  • Requests made after the 7-day refund window
  • Accounts suspended or terminated due to violation of our Terms of Service
  • Renewal charges for subsequent billing cycles
  • Dissatisfaction with AI-generated content quality (as content is generated by AI and results may vary)
  • Failure to cancel before the next billing cycle

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, follow these steps:

  1. Email us at support@hype4you.com with the subject line "Refund Request"
  2. Include your registered email address and the reason for your refund
  3. Our team will review your request and respond within 2-3 business days

5. Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method
  • Stripe payments: Refunds typically appear within 5-10 business days
  • JazzCash payments: Refunds typically appear within 7-14 business days
  • Your Pro plan access will be revoked once the refund is processed, and your account will revert to the Free plan

6. Cancellation vs. Refund

Cancelling your subscription and requesting a refund are different. If you cancel your subscription, you will retain Pro access until the end of your current billing period. A refund, however, will immediately revoke your Pro access and return your payment. You can cancel your subscription anytime from your Account settings.
